Guilt-Free Lasagna!

Photo Jan 30, 20 09 24Okay, I am obsessed with spaghetti squash! I love it! It is SO healthy, filling, and 10 carbs per cup….seriously. So I had a serious craving for gooey, cheesy lasagna, and this is what I came up with, “Guilt-Free Lasagna!”

Ingredients:

-1 cup Spaghetti Squash cooked
-1 cup Broccoli cooked
-1/4 cup Cottage Cheese
-3 oz cooked skinless chicken breast (I boil/bake chicken for meal prep for the week on Sundays!)
-2/3 cup Spaghetti Sauce
-1/2 oz Mozzarella Cheese
-1/2 oz Colby Jack Cheese

Basically, I had all of these ingredients as leftovers, or had made ahead of time for meal prep, so I threw it all together and heated it.

Then, I mixed it all the deliciousness together!
