Okay, we bought P90 this fall and just started using the program now. Now Craig and I were doing PiYo (One of BeachBody’s most popular programs that is a combination of Yoga & Pilates). By the way, we both (yes, macho Craig too) loves PiYo too!
Now I don’t want to admit it, but I was a little scared to try P90. Now I need to clarify. P90 is NOT like P90x or P90x3.
